I finally found another dinner that's a winner.
It is always risky when I have never served it to my family before. Guess what?! They all gave it a 10/10! đ You know it will be making a regular appearance on the #mealplan.
Here's what I did. You know I'm not exact with my measurements so these are all approximates. #sorrynotsorryđ¤ˇââď¸ I looked at a few recipes on Pinterest and made up my own version...đ
Pork Tenderloin 2, 1.5 pound pork tenderloins 2 tsp Thyme 2 tsp Rosemary 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion Powder 3 cloves Garlic, chopped 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 TBSP Maple syrup 2 TSBP Olive oil Salt + pepper I put it all in a container to marinate for a few hours. Then I roasted it uncovered for about 45 mins @ 400°. I served baked potatoes + roasted asparagus + mushrooms on the side.
